I’m a few weeks late, but I’ve finally gotten my tree up.
Usually I do this the weekend of Thanksgiving as a way of celebrating that Thanksgiving is over and getting into the Christmas spirit. This Thanksgiving I was down in LA – a short side-trip from my business trip in Mountain View, CA. I didn’t get back to Zurich until December 4th, and spent most of my first weekend back catching up on sorely needed sleep. Today was the first time I’ve had a moment to even think about Christmas much less actually do anything about it. Hence, I’m a bit late on the tree.
Anyway, now that I finally have my decorations up, I’m feeling very into the Christmas spirit. Happy Holidays everyone!
Update: There were a few things fundamentally wrong with my tree, so I fixed them and updated the photo.
