Well, obviously, just about anything, since Queer Eye for the Straight<\/i> anything<\/u> can ruin even something as wonderful as Alias<\/i>. Anyway, “Alias<\/i>, cookies, and getting your bike started” is the correct answer.<\/p>\n
KC and I worked from about 4:30 – 11 tonight (with a break for dinner), and we got the bike running<\/b>!! Woohoo!<\/p>\n
We replaced the roasted wiring harness, reinstalled the carburetor we cleaned last time, had to make 1 wire that was not part of the wiring harness that got roasted, and make a few other adjustments. We reassembled the electrical panel, and then (carefully) reinstalled the battery. Then we hooked up the gas tank, and turned it on. It took a while to pull gas through the system, but eventually… she started<\/b>!!!!<\/p>\n
Still needed: new air filter, brake-fluid change, loosen the clutch, fix the clutch-sensor (it’s finicky and it makes it hard to start the bike).<\/p>\n

After working on the bike, we experimented with a new cookie idea we had. We’re trying to combine sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies. We made… really good chocolate chip cookies. So clearly there is still some work to be done there. But it’s a good start. While we waited for the cookies to chill, or cook, or whatever, we watched this week’s Alias.
