We did some research and found that the only really good reason is the cat reason&#8230; some people have evil cats that like to pull on toilet paper. There are no other good reasons, but there are many reasons for over.<\/p>\n<p>We found that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southernangel.com\/ggertie\/tp.html\" target=\"_blank\">Gertie<\/a> delved into this in depth. She lists many good reasons for hanging toilet paper &#8220;over.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Further, see a discussion proving clearly that over is correct <a href=\"http:\/\/interactive.zogby.com\/fuse\/messageview.cfm?catid=19&amp;threadid=3213\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.undergroundnews.com\/cgi-bin\/ubbcgi\/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=18;t=000671;p=0\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>, and a poll <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestandworst.com\/pages\/voteresult\/voteresult-4173.html\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The reasons for under are so absurd, they&#8217;re <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harrumph.com\/010724.html\" target=\"_blank\">laughable<\/a>. That disgusts me. Beauty is one thing, but give me a fucking break. This woman needs a serious smack across the face.<\/p>\n<p>So clearly the answer is over. Now, I can live with under in households where people just hang it randomly (as long as such a person doesn&#8217;t live in my household) &#8211; but those who insist on it under just drive me nuts.
