I have a lot of friends who have faced a lot of really hard things. Some of them were things they got themselves into, others were things they couldn’t control. Either way, many of my friends have faced things no one should ever have to face.<\/p>\n
A majority of these friends have also confronted these situations and fought these challenges.<\/p>\n
And many of those friends have come out the other side stronger, better, happier, healthier, and more awesome people. They have faced incredible things and prevailed. They have turned their life around to be healthy, interesting, and balanced people.<\/p>\n
What follows are song lyrics inspired by and written for those people. They’ve been floating around in my head for years, shaping and changing with each new awesome success story. I finally stuck ’em down on paper this weekend. Maybe one day I’ll write the music too. Enjoy.<\/p>\n
