There is more than one set of patches in this directory! Download only the set
you need. The pl2303 ones are for http://www.phildev.net/linux/t637.html and
have NOTHING to do with network stat clearing.

Patch sets spanning more than a single patch will have a README to accompany
them stating which patches are part of the set and what each does.
